Bookish Saturday (4)

Two nights ago, I finished the fantastic novel, Sisterhood Everlasting. I began this series in 2005, when I was a freshman in high school. Finally, seven years later, I got to the end of it. I was so excited to find out how it all ends that I couldn't sleep when I was done with it! I loved the book, and I love the Sisterhood, and I can guarantee you that someday, my daughter will read these books.

However, it is a new week, which means it's time for a new book! I am very excited about this one, because I am reading a book by one of my favorite authors, Jennifer Crusie! Maybe This Time was released last year, and I have been so excited about getting a chance to read it! If you're not familiar with Jennifer Crusie, she is a romance writer, with a bit of a twist. She is extremely talented, and I always have so much fun reading them!

On the other hand, I will also begin Mamet's Glengarry Glen Ross this week for my Contemporary American Lit class. It is a play that I have never heard of, but which is apparently very popular, seeing as how there is also a movie, starring a few pretty big games. I'll be honest, when it comes to plays, I'm a little clueless, with the exception of a little Arthur Miller. I'm hoping to be caught up pretty soon :)
